The 24th General Meeting of Stockholders

In accordance with the Covid-19 quarantine regulations, the 24th regular shareholders' meeting was held in the auditorium on the 4th floor of the new building of the second plant, following basic quarantine rules such as wearing masks, ventilation, and income.
After the audit audit report, sales report, external auditor appointment report, and internal accounting management system operation status report, the following bills were resolved.
