On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, a fire drill was conducted at Samyoung M-Tek’s Plant 1 for employees of Samyoung M-Tek and its partner companies.

Hong Byung-guk, the Manager of the HSE Team, led the session, providing an overview of the day’s drill and guiding participants through detailed responsibilities of the self-firefighting team for various scenarios. The training included fire detection, reporting and communication procedures, evacuation drills, fire suppression, emergency transport of injured individuals, and education on CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

In compliance with the Fire Prevention and Safety Management Act, the company conducts fire drills and safety education at least once a year.
