In his inaugural speech, the new CEO presented three management philosophies: "maximum performance through good faith competition," "rational decision-making that maintains equity and fairness," and "sustainable growth through appropriate investment." He emphasized the creation of organizational culture and working conditions to demonstrate the capabilities of each employee.
Following the inauguration ceremony, a ceremony was held to award the commander of the city and regular promoters in 2023. A total of 25 candidates were awarded the command, including the promotion of Deputy Chief Oh Kyung-seok to the manager, and we listened to their impressions and determination.
