On December 14, 2024, the 2025 Management Planning Workshop was held in the main auditorium on the 4th floor of the annex building at Plant 2.

The workshop was attended by all indirect staff from the Materials Business Division and the Seismic Structure Division, as well as executives from our Chinese affiliate, DSD. During the workshop, each department presented its 2024 performance reviews and reflections, followed by announcements of their plans for 2025.

In his remarks, CEO Jeon Chang-ok commended employees for achieving outstanding management results despite economic and political challenges this year. He encouraged everyone to work collectively toward achieving their goals in 2025, emphasizing the importance of unified effort and determination.
